Todd Gehrmann is an Executive Partner an CEO at FOCUS Training. Todd has been a professional leadership trainer and speaker for over 25 years. He has spent that time traveling around the country presenting valuable leadership curriculum to tens of thousands of businesspeople, students, and educators. Since 1991, he has been building FOCUS Training into the innovative and dynamic company it is today. His other professional experience includes account management and sales for a Fortune 500 company and work as a Leadership Specialist for an international non-profit association. Todd is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a father of three boys, hockey player, and coach.
