Speaker: Joe Maas, Vice President of Operations, JTM Food Group Maas received a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati and has been with JTM Operations for more than 40 years. With his experience and education in human health and microbiology, he helps implement and streamline multiple critical steps into JTM's food processing and manufactering enviroment.
