Speaker: Tom Kostohryz, CHIP, Wellness Consultant, Live Healthy Appalachia
Kostohryz is co-founder and board member of Live Healthy Appalachia. He spent the first 30 years of his career as an employee benefits consultant, founding Southeastern Agency. Kostohryz volunteers his time with Live Healthy Appalachia developing program sites in the Midwest region for the Children's Health Insurance Program and is excited about the gradual changes in attitudes toward healthy lifestyles. Kostohryz holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio University.
