For the last 10 year, Brill has focused her law practices on exclusively representing the interests of businesses and employers. She defends businesses throughout Ohio and Kentucky that face pending or ongoing litigation related to employment matters, workers’ compensation, unemployment defense, and general business matters. Brill represents employers in many industries, including manufacturing, construction, health care, staffing, retail, service, and transportation. She defends employers through the full spectrum of workers’ compensation issues, including initial claim allowance, additional conditions, treatment and compensation matters, permanent partial disability, permanent total disability, death cases, and violation of specific safety requirement cases. Brill is a University of Dayton School of Law graduate. Before forming Hunter Brill LLC, a law firm dedicated to representing employers, she worked for large law firms in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
