Speaker: Tina Elliott, Director Return to Work Services, Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation
Elliott was the director of professional services and licensed physical therapist at the J Leonard Camera Center from December 1999 to April 2001. She was the director of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation transitional work grant program from June 2001 to January 2007 and July 2012 to present. She educates, and trains accredited transitional work developers in workers’ compensation basics and developing and writing customize transitional work grant programs. Elliott participated in the creation of the Transitional Work Bonus Program as a part of Destination Excellence. She partners with employer programs in overseeing the review of employer's transitional work plans, claims and the bonus calculation. Elliott is presently manager of transitional work grants, vocational rehab policy and alternative dispute resolution units.
