Welliver has more than 25 years of safety experience in general industry, construction, and transportation. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in occupational safety and health from Murray State University. Her safety experience spans many levels of safety activities including issuing permits, performing hazard assessments, bid document reviews, training, regulatory assessment and interaction, root cause investigation, and procedural/program development.
