Speaker: Jennifer Fiorenza, Safety Manager, Bell Nursery USA
Fiorenza has a twenty-year career in the horticultural industry managing multiple store locations and developing the on-boarding and safety training for facilities and a merchandising program. As Bell Nursery’s safety manager, Fiorenza oversees eight production sites, two distribution centers and the merchandiser safety at more than 350 Home Depot Garden Center locations in the Midwest and east coast regions. For the past two years she focused on discovering and removing communication and cultural roadblocks, especially with a large Spanish-speaking workforce. Fiorenza is passionate about finding what motivates employees to take ownership of their safety and make it self-sustaining and dynamic.
